Reservation Policies
(Rental cancellation policy) - There will be a full refund of rental purchase up to 48 hours of rental date.
If you cancel between 25-48 hours, it's a $50.00 fee.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before your rental date, there will be No Refund!
Adults must provide their own life jackets for infants and small youth.
There will be no refunds due to bad weather, unless its a severe storm. We can also credit a date and reschedule a different day.
There will be No Refund or reimbursements of any kind due to early rental returns.
(Driving Requirements) - Must be 21 years of age or older to purchase rental. Also, you must have a valid driver's license and home state issued boater's license if born after January 1st, 1989.
(Rental waivers) - The renter has the option to purchase a $50.00 non-refundable liability waiver form. The form will state that if you have any type of incident the $50.00 will cover up to $1500 in damages, any damages costing over $1500 the customer will be held liable for the remaining amount. Waiver does not cover damage cost from fishing gear such as poles, hooks or any pets!
(Pet fee) - There is a pet fee of $25.00 per pet no more than 2 pets! If the pet or pets does any damage the owner will be responsible for the damage minus the 25.00 pet fee.
There will be some life jackets on the boat, just some random sizes. You are more than welcome to bring your own. There will also be the basic orange coast guard approved style as well, and also a coast guard appoved boat throwable cushion . If you have any infants, you will have to supply your own life jacket. Kids aged 12 and under have to wear a coast guard approved life jacket.
It will be an extra $50.00 each additional hour if you want to keep the boat longer. Any customer with a daily rental 9am-6pm can not keep it any longer that 7pm! If you have a half day rental 9am-1pm and when you arrive to pick it up no one else has rented it for that afternoon can add extra hours, but make sure to get intouch with me (Amy) by no later than 12pm if you decide to do so. Same goes for 9am-1pm rental has to be back by no later that 7pm if you add hours. If you have a rental 2pm-6pm can add an extra hour as well. Just let me know by no later than 5pm if you decide to add the extra hour.
If you are LATE on the return time there will be a Fee of $25 for every 30 mins. However, if you contacted the owner or administrator with good reasoning for being late for example weather or maybe got lost etc. fee will be waived.
If you do a multiple day rental with us. PLEASE make sure that where you are lodging has a dock and not only that but a safe and sturdy dock to park our boats.
Contact the owner/manager if you have pet. DO NOT just show up for your rental pick up with your pet.
If you are going to be late for your rental arrival time please contact us and let us know!
PLEASE NO NEW cheap towels on our boat seats! The dye stains the seats and is hard to remove.
No more than 12 people per rental or 2240lbs. which ever comes first... The 2240lbs does include all persons and items!
ABSOLUTELY NO beaching of the boat anywhere on the lake due to keeping the engine, prop or toons from damages... If you are caught beaching any of the rentals you will be banned from renting from us in the future and if there are any damages you will be charged for them!
NO ANCHORS on our boats due to can damage the seats, floors or a customer loosing them.
NO smoking of any kind on the pontoons!!!
🎣 Fishing from boat is okay and no extra charge. However, if you leave a mess of blood, fish parts etc., there will be a fee charged of $40.00!!! If any of your fishing gear for example hooks damage seats, floor etc. you will be responsible for the damage cost!

ABSOLUTELY NO beaching of our rentals due to damaging the boat, toons or engine! If you are caught beaching anywhere on the lake you will be banned from us in the future! Max capacity 12 per rental or 2240 lbs. which ever comes first, thats including all items brought... Call or Message if you have a pet you are bringing. Certain animals or size dogs are not aloud. Our rentals are in GREAT shape!
